Questions we hear a lot

Do you take walk-ins?

Yes, seven days a week. Booked visits are seen first, so booking online usually means a shorter wait.

What does a first visit cost?

A new patient exam is $68. Vaccines, tests or medication are quoted before we do them, and you approve every line.

Do you see exotic pets?

We see rabbits, guinea pigs and ferrets. For birds and reptiles we'll refer you to a specialist nearby.

Do you accept pet insurance?

We work with all major pet insurers. Pay at the visit and we send the claim paperwork the same day.

What if my pet needs help after hours?

Call our after-hours line and a vet nurse will tell you whether it can wait or where to go now.

Worried after 9pm? Our after-hours nurse line is open every night.
